Sleeping arrangements This single-level condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each room is designed for comfort, featuring room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready after a day by the water. Outdoor living The private patio is a standout feature, offering a hot tub and views overlooking the infinity pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach within the gated Corasol community, where shared amenities include a lap pool, shared hot tub, and a shared gym nearby. The setting makes it easy to move between poolside lounging and time by the sea. Kitchen & dining A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table for gathering indoors or enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out. The condo also includes a free washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience during longer stays. Comfort & essentials Stay cool with central air conditioning and connected with fast wifi (70 Mbps). A dedicated workspace in a common area supports remote work, while a TV and exercise equipment offer options to unwind. Bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, and a private entrance help make your stay seamless. Access & building The home is located in an elevator-access building and offers a single-level layout with no stairs, making it easy to navigate. Free parking on premises and self check-in via lockbox add to the convenience. Neighborhood Set within the secure Corasol community, you’ll have access to a range of amenities including dining, a mini market, tennis and paddle courts, and landscaped areas with Mayan sculptures. The location places you just north of downtown, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Perfect for Families, couples, and small groups looking for a beachside stay with both private outdoor space and access to shared resort-style amenities. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and the complex amenities during your stay. Excellent amenities include an enormous 10,000 square foot swimming pool, direct access to the beach and beach club, on-site dining, mini market, gym, Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis and paddle courts and nearby PGA Pro Nick Price golf course! Other things to note Important Notice: Restoration works are underway on the paddle and tennis courts at Mareazul, which will remain closed on the scheduled dates through October 25, weather permitting. There is a construction in progress in the surrounding apartments causing noise from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and also Saturday from 7am to 3pm until further notice. We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. Please note that the washer and dryer are out of service until further notice. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
