The ground floor features a beautiful, newly refurbished living area with a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, etc.). Separate WC. 2 opposing staircases each lead to the first floor: -On one side, there is a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190). -The second staircase leads to two double bedrooms (beds 140x190). An additional single bed (90x190) can be provided. Please note: the two floors are independent of each other and do not communicate. 2 rooms overlook the courtyard and one has a velux window. Other comments Access to the flat is via a communal courtyard with a locked entrance gate. The annual opening period of the swimming pool may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.
