Large and comfortable sitting room opening onto a large varanda with 2 hammocks, seats and coffee table for relaxing on.The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar and is connected to a large dinning area where coffee is served in the morning. Guest access The guests have full access to the apartment. The building's main entrance is by an impressive portered foyer (24hs) with intercom. Plus a service entrance through the building's garage. Both entrances have their own lifts and there is a stairway at the back of the buiding ( for the fitter amongst us).The apartment has back and front entrances. During your stay Full privacy. We speak english, french and portuguese fluently and we are always happy to offer any help or advice should the guest need, by phone or in person ( we live locally ourselves).
