Sunset Paradise Beach house - Entire apartment

The ocean is your backyard. Kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gears are available to use free of charge. The best restaurants on the island are a few houses further (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone). Located at the lesser known side of the island. Classic original Aruban 'cunucu' oceanfront house built when Savaneta was still the capital of Aruba. Old look outside, completely renovated inside. The space The entire apartment consists of two studios, a living room area and a kitchen area. Each studio includes the following: The walk-in closet includes a mini-safe, 2x beach chairs, 2x beach towels, 2x extra towels, extra pillows, an extra blanket, and 1x beach parasol (umbrella). Kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker (both the Nespresso machine and regular coffeemaker), toaster, blender, a sink in the mini-kitchen, utensils, drinking glasses, portable ice jug, and other little amenities. The kitchenette is short of a stove, however, there is a grill outside with a gaspit next to / connected to the grill. Bathroom includes shampoo, soap, 2x towels and toilet paper. The living room includes a sofa, 4 lazy chairs, and a smart-TV. The kitchen includes a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator that includes a freezer, a kitchen-kettle, an oven, a kitchen sink, a suction cap above the stove, a desk next to the sink with a desk-chair, and we have a tall round dining table. Utensils and cooking utensils are also included. There is WiFi available over the entire premise (including outside area!). Outside shower and restroom also available on the premise. Next to this, we provide different amenities free-of-charge. These include a Crystal Clear Kayak, multiple different ocean kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gears, water-shoes, lifejackets, a BBQ-Grill, a 'Free-Library', beach lounge chairs, hammocks, an 'on-the-water hammock, a hot-tub, and many more. The apartment is located in a traditional Aruban house, behind the main house (where the owners of the property live). Guest access Guests have access to every space on the property except for the light-brown squared house in front. Everything else, including the jacuzzi, pool and the kayaks are accessible to the guests! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This listing includes two studios that are normally rented out separately and without the living room and (full) kitchen. However, in this listing they are both included and are rented out with the rest of the apartment complex which includes the (full) kitchen and the living room. Next to this, we kindly remind you that this is a family premise, and not a resort nor a private house. The light-brown squared house in front is where the owners of the property live. We also have neighbors that are fishermen that occasionally take their fresh catch of the day out to Zeerovers through the path-walk in front of the light-brown squared house and the gazebo. Please expect some occasional movements on the property.
