Outside the house has a large grass garden with big trees and mediterranean vegetation to ensure your privacy. A private swimming pool with a terrace and sun beds, a covered loggia equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the dinners outside. Just few step we move in the bright living room, with big glass windows from where to admire the garden. This ambient with sofas, TV and the fireplace include the dining area with table and chairs and a separated room with the equipped kitchen, whit a direct access to the pool area and the external terrace. A corridor on the left leads to the bedrooms. Casa Cecilia can accomodate 6 person in 3 bright and spacious bedrooms with nice views: Room 1 has a double bed (137x190 cm) private bathroom with bath and shower Room 2 has two twin beds (90x190cm) large windows and open view on the garden. Room 3 – The Master room, has a large double bed (150x190), private bathroom with bath and shower and the view on the garden. Guests will apreciate the wi fi connection, the dishwashing machine and the midweek houskeeping. Rental rules A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval Smoking is not allowed inside the house Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand Pool has no swimming guard Children welcome The house must be returned in the same condition of check in.
