Guest access Sunrise overlook is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath that sleeps 6 and offers the following: this property is equipped with security cameras facing the driveway and parking area. • Queen bedroom on the main level • King bedroom on the upper level with private bathroom with walk-in shower • Queen bedroom on the lower level • Great room with a gas fireplace and 55" flat screen smart tv (active october 1st- april 1st) • Fully furnished kitchen • Dining area off of kitchen with seating for 6 • Lower level game room with a gas fireplace, pool table, arcade multi-game, and 38" flat screen tv • Wifi • Propane grill • Screened deck on main level with hot tub and gas burning fireplace all of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of toilet tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, 1- hand soap for each bath and kitchen, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
