The space Welcome to our colorful ground floor apartment just renovated! This accommodation will offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay for your beach vacation. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary cooking accessories, including a dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals comfortably at the table for six, relax on the double sofa bed in front of the large smart TV or sip coffee made with the pod machine. A kettle and toaster are also available. Outside, in the small courtyard shared with the other condominiums, you'll find a small outdoor table and two chairs with a shading curtain to enjoy the sun and cool evening air. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, one with a window, a large wardrobe, a dresser and a TV and the other with two windows, one of which with sea view, a desk and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with all bathroom fixtures, with a very spacious shower and a washing machine. Upon arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary linens, both for the bed and for the bathroom, and a welcome kit for basic hygiene. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a short walk from the sea and all the services that will make your vacation even more enjoyable: bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants, bathing establishments, tobacconists, groceries, greengrocer, bakery, pharmacies and children's playground. In addition, the bike rental in the structure and a bike path directly on the waterfront will allow you to take beautiful bike rides. The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can comfortably accommodate 6, thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, we provide a crib for babies upon request.
