Villas Holidays Costablanca - Champy The space This beautiful house is located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, where you can enjoy our magnificent gastronomy, places of leisure, as well as shops and supermarkets. Also in the area you can enjoy its beautiful sandy beaches, as well as its coves. Close to other beautiful towns such as Benissa, Calpe, Benitachel and Jávea. All of them full of places to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The house is distributed in two floors, in the upper floor we find a bathroom with shower, a comfortable and nice living room with sea views and an open plan kitchen with everything you need to enjoy delicious meals at home. The living room has a fireplace for the cold seasons. All this with a Mediterranean style decoration. From the living room we access to the naya (small glazed terrace) and a nice balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views and beautiful sunsets, all protected with awnings for the hours of more sun and heat. On the lower floor we find the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with access to the outside terrace and private pool, this can also be accessed from an outside door attached to the house, between the rooms we have another bathroom this one with bathtub. From the pool you can also enjoy the views and relax on the sun loungers. In Champy you can enjoy a pleasant holiday with your friends, partner or family. Guest access The collection of keys will take place in our office located in C/ Doctor Calatayud nº55 Moraira , 03724 Alicante Other things to note On arrival, a block will be made on the card as a deposit of 300€. For hygienic reasons, salt, oil, pepper and chopsticks are not provided. Optional services: - Extra beds: Price: 21.45 € per day. - Cot and high chair: Price: 5,00 € per day. - Breakfast Pack for 2: Price: 35.00 € per booking. For stays equal to or less than 10 days will be considered tourist housing - Tourism contract.
