Utility Expenses Policy (Applicable During Low Season Only) The landlord covers the cost of basic utilities (electricity, water, and heating) up to a monthly limit of 250 EUR, exclusively during the low season period. Any consumption exceeding this amount will be invoiced directly to the tenant. The corresponding charges for such overages will be deducted from the security deposit during the final settlement.
