Unwind and Recharge with the spa like amenities. There are a variety of arcade and board games for all ages. Relax on Muskoka chairs enjoying the firepit and constant soothing sound of the creek flowing through our property. This is the Ultimate Escape. Rental License: STR25-00041 The space The Chalet includes 2 levels. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and an lounge space with a lounge set, Infrared Sauna, Foosball/Pool/Ping Pong/Air Hockey/Chess & Backgammon Combo Table, Dart Board, Axe Throwing Game. Pac Man, Street Fighter 2 and Basketball Arcade Machines, a Racing Car Simulator, 42" smart TV, Bluetooth speaker lanterns and a wood burning fireplace for the ultimate ambiance. Outside: In the backyard is where you'll find the Hot Tub and cold shower. In the front under the covered porch is where you'll find the a wooden swing bench, propane fire pit, 2 Kayaks and a Stand-up Paddle board or can provide use of 5 person canoe with wheels instead of Stand-up Paddle board. Next to our private flowing creek is a firepit🔥 with 6 cedar Muskoka chairs. Upstairs is the main living area with vaulted ceiling, 2 bedrooms (3 queen beds), 1 bath, and open concept living/dining/kitchen space with 75" smart TV, some books and lots of board games & a kids activity station. Sliding doors lead to a large deck which features a dining bench and kids picnic table, Webber BBQ and an excellent spot for sun tanning and soaking up the rays☀️. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave. The water system is equipped with UV filtration. There is a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen for pure, clean drinking water. 4 zone air conditioner/heat pump system. The lake is across the street from the cottage🏄🚣🏊🎣. A public launch is within short walking distance. Guest access The cottage sleeps 6 guests. Rental includes use of cottage and outdoor space including fire pit with Wooden Muskoka chairs. Also included Keurig and regular coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea, stocked propane, unlimited wifi, kayaks and a sup paddle board or 5 person canoe on wheels. 4 adult and 2 children's life jackets available. Other things to note **NO blankets/comforters/duvets/throws or bath towels provided** Beds are covered with a fitted sheet and 2 pillows per bed. Some towels for hot tub and sauna use will be provided.
