We will not be at the house but we are always available and a check-in manager will welcome you on arrival. The house is at the end of a street that goes up the mountain. This makes it very quite and private. Private Parking at the house. There are also many rental options in town such as boogies, ATV´s, Motorbikes, Bikes, etc. -Tab water is drinkable throughout the house thanks to water filters we have installed. -The pool uses salt water created with a filter which is way healthier that chloride. (Do not worry it is very light. Nothing compared to sea water. You can even open your eyes under water). -The Villa is also located in the center of Santa Teresa. Although it is uphill, you can walk everywhere because it is not steep at all.
