We built Casana for sharing. The kitchen, dining area, and living room all open out to a spacious deck, wood-fire grill, and saltwater pool – a seamless indoor-outdoor space made for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying the breeze. The space 🛏 Plenty of Room to Recharge Five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, blackout curtains, AC, ceiling fans, and King beds (one with a Queen). One suite features its own kitchen and private terrace – perfect for guests seeking a bit more independence. Each room features a desk and strong Wi-Fi, perfect for taking calls or catching up on work. 🌿 In Tune with the Environment Clean, drinkable water throughout the house (a rare find in the area). 🍽 Surf, Food & Everything Close Santa Teresa is known for its waves and its food scene. You’ll find everything from organic cafés to world-class restaurants just minutes away. Prefer staying in? Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and Garden. Other things to note Tap water is drinkable throughout the house thanks to our installed water filters. The Villa is located in the center of Santa Teresa. Although it is uphill, you can walk everywhere because the hill is not too steep. Saltwater pool – no harsh chlorine. Solar water heating and waste separation – small steps we believe matter. Yoga mats are available for your morning flow or quiet sunset stretch.
