Description

Beautiful, bright, spacious and modern house with 3 upstairs bedroom, high speed internet and 4+ tables/desks. Perfect fam getaway for families of 4 to 14). Minutes to Gatineau Park & best x-country skiing. Private: jacuzzi & pool (open for cold plunge in late May thru Sept); including slide, diving board; sauna all year round; lily pond). Birds abound. Families preferred. No parties. Please tell us about your group when you inquire. Steps from: river, bike paths, historic & charming Aylmer. The space Enjoy the brand new kitchen amenities, fridge, bbq and bright dining, living and sun room. Small families preferred (4-6 ppl) with spillover room if you want to include more people (please reach out and ask as we can adjust settings). Spacious bedrooms (6 in total incl ground floor bedroom and 2 in basement): King bed in master with master deluxe bath & shower, and dedicated patio; Queen bed in #2; single bed in #3 (troll bed with second single bed that pulls out); Double bed in #4; single bed and queen mattress in #5 in basement; King bed in bedroom #6 in basement, with sauna off basement bathroom. Extra single (narrow) mattress can be pulled out to accommodate one for up to 15 people total. Please help us to protect the space by being courteous neighbours (low noise); no small toys in pool that can clog pipes; no water on hard floors (please use side entrance after swimming in pool). Garden is big and beautiful and comes "as is" - there is always more yard work to be done, and Quebec experienced several strong winter storms, so we are working on it! Go to Aylmer Beach Disclaimer: All activities are at clients own risk. There are some specific safety issues to be mindful of: The perimeter fence of property at the far back (backing onto canal) has at least 2 holes which are currently covered by debris and wood as a temporary measure while we work with municipality to fix them permanently. Pool, jacuzzi, diving board, slide, sauna, lily pond and entire property are use at own risk. The far back patio near rock water fall is older and less safe (has some holes covered by wood only), and is liable to develop new holes.
