Lux Cottage

Surrounded by nature and in a remote spot, the Lux is one of our most new builds and is truly breath taking. ​The cottage has a very warm feeling to it when you enter from the main porchway. The bright colours and open feeling is matched with all the modern comforts, including underfloor heating, a bespoke German designer kitchen and two beautiful en-suite bedrooms. ​The Lux is spacious and bright throughout, the master bedroom enjoys a luxury king-size bed, stylish furnishings, a modern en-suite shower room and a Velux windows to the side of the bed to allow light to flood into the room. ​The second bedroom contains two lovely single beds and also enjoys the benefits of a modern en-suite and a Velux window. ​The main living area contains a beautiful, modern kitchen, dining area and a sumptuous sitting area with 50 inch, wall-mounted smart TV, the whole room is bathed in a lovely light from the Velux windows throughout giving a bright and cheery feeling to this delightful room. French doors lead out to the spacious garden area with furniture, an ideal spot to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we are lucky to have in the Ribble Valley.
