It's a perfect place located between Canggu & Seminyak. Note: Electricity bill is excluded The space - There are 2 Living rooms, one in an open space area and the other one inside the bedroom with Aircon (It can be open living or enclosed living). - The dining area set up as an open living - A super comfy spacious sofa to relax while enjoying entertainment with a 50" screen TV. - The Kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, and water dispenser. - A gorgeous pool with one lounge bed - A Washing Machine Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all equipped with Daikin AC. 1 Bedroom has direct access to the living room and facing the pool. 1 Bedroom has pool view and sun-bed in front of it. Note: Electricity bill is excluded from the total rate Guest access Guest will have full and private access to the Villa and all its amenities. Parking Space is fit for 1 car and 2 bikes. Villa is located on a wide paved road and 14,3 KM from Bali International Airport. Other things to note No smoking inside the property, please. We have staff that will clean the villa on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They will have a day off on Sunday and religious Balinese ceremony days. Staff typically come around 10-12 PM to make beds, empty bins and clean the kitchen and living space. We also have pool maintenance typically 2 x a week. So please inform us if you would like to adjust the hours and require some privacy, and we can arrange that for you. Electricity bill is excluded from the total rate.
