Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies, the rooms are flooded with light; exterior roller shades provide pleasant blackout coverage when needed. The main bathroom, featuring a shower, bathtub, and the distinctive bat-wing dormer, also offers a wonderful view over the Wiek. A small reading nook on the gallery invites you to relax and daydream. For those who need to work even while on vacation, high-speed fiber-optic internet is available. The 930 m² property has been lovingly landscaped. On the sunny south-facing terrace, you can enjoy relaxing moments or wind down the day with a barbecue on the gas grill.
