The house of Petit Jeu in Grignan, 2 minutes walk from the town center, welcomes you with its 4 bedrooms and its swimming pool with a magnificent view of the belfry and the Grignan castle. The space The house was built in 2023 on a plot of 660 m². On the ground floor, a large 60 m² living room consisting of a kitchenette, dining room and living room with direct access to a 30 m² wooden terrace. You will eat your meals in the shade of the pergola and enjoy the garden furniture overlooking the pool and the village. A boulodrome and a plancha are available in the garden. A 20 m² swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking, sun loungers in the shade of the walnut tree. A bedroom with direct access to the garden has a shower room with toilet. A toilet with sink and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor. Upstairs, a mezzanine office with TV serves 3 bedrooms, a shared shower room and a toilet. Guest access The entire house is accessible. The garden is fenced. You can park in the garden or in front of the gate. Other things to note The pool is not fenced but has an alarm and a bar cover in accordance with the regulations in force.
