Association Requirements: The Harborage Condo Association requires a background check for each occupant over 18. The fee is $90 per person, added to the reservation total. Background checks and the condo application must be completed and submitted by Water Pointe at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Guests must also provide a copy of vehicle registration and a valid driver’s license with the application. Once booked, the necessary forms will be sent to you for completion.
