PLAYA BLANCA BEACH is a residential complex located in MANGLARALTO a few minutes from the beaches of Montañita; it has a privileged view, direct access to the Pacific Ocean and a beautiful swimming pool. Modern apartment with excellent amenities and an incredible ocean view. The social area has a swimming pool facing the sea, games for children, a tanning area, a bathroom and shower area, a spectacular wooden deck to access the beach and appreciate the magnificent sunsets. The space The Playa Blanca residential complex offers you a super large and refreshing swimming pool that has an area for the little ones, overlooking the ocean. From our apartment you can see the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen from the balcony. The people who provide the service in the complex are very friendly and will be ready to answer any questions you may have. The apartment also has a storeroom where we have a sunshade to protect you from the sun; in case you want to go out to the sea to spend the afternoon. You'll just have to give the key to the manager (service staff) and they'll install it when you ask them, and they'll also store it when you want to remove it. The common area has a space where you can prepare a barbecue; which can only be used with a reservation. If you want to use it, you'll have to let me know in advance to book it. I do recommend that after using it, leave everything as it was before preparing your culinary delights. Montañita is a 5-minute drive away if partying and fun are your thing. But if you want a quieter trip, Manglar Alto is a perfect place. Very safe, good food, good prices, and you'll also find laundry service if you wish. To retire and rest, the apartment is totally suitable for a restful trip with air conditioning in all rooms including the living room; although I would recommend that you take advantage of the naturalness of the sector and the cool breeze of the sea that is in front. Wi-Fi in case you want to take advantage of working a little. A TV in the living room so you can watch movies (you'll need to top up a Directv plan either online or by buying at the TIA supermarket that is one minute after passing Montañita.) and one in the master bedroom that only has Netflix.
