It sits on a wooded private lakefront lot on the beautiful Spider Lake Chain. Enjoy complete privacy at all views and sunsets. Listen to the loons; watch the eagles soar and get a close-up glimpse of deer and other wildlife as our property butts up to the Washburn County Forest offering privacy all around. The space The main level features a newly updated fully-equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with lake views, and full bath. Ceiling fans in every room. Walk out onto the wrap around upper deck overlooking the lake and Washburn County Forest where there's a gas grill, plenty of furniture to relax on to watch the sunset and large tables to enjoy outdoor meals. The lower level features a Great Room with windows affording a beautiful view of the lake, two sets of bunk beds, a daybed and pull-out couch. A game room with board games, many puzzles, books, game/puzzle table and Foosball table, also approx. 100 movies for those rainy days. Full bath and utility room with full size washer and dryer are also here. Walk-out to another large deck for an afternoon siesta on the hammocks or sunning on the lounge chairs. Additionally outdoors you'll find 3 dining tables and plenty of chairs, a gas bbq grill, fire pit and a canoe, swim raft and floats available for your use. Pets considered on an individual basis. *We have a 24' JC pontoon w/ newer 60 HP Honda for rent. ATV - Hiking trails are at the end of our long driveway which leads to the Tuscobia State Trail and the snowmobile trail is accessible from the lake. There is plenty of parking for boat or ATV trailers. The Town of Birchwood is a 5 min. drive and has a large convenience store, several restaurants, bars and pubs, and a nice small grocery store.
