Welcome to Las Palmeras! If you are looking for a quiet retreat complete with amenities and just minutes from town and a short walk to the beach, Casa Simba provides the perfect place to reside. Casa Simba in Las Palmeras is a beautiful ocean view condo located in the peaceful west end of Samara. There is an unobstructed view of the beach. Feel the ocean breeze as you sit on the balcony! We have a hammock you can hang on the balcony as well. Ocean view, back porch. TVs in both bedrooms (HDMI connections for portable devices). We do not have cable. Entire condo, use of the common area, pool, rancho, bbq, clothes line, washer and dryer. Only 16 units in the complex. Completely gated and secured 24/7. We are available during your stay to answer questions via WhatsApp and text. Peter Marte is our Property Manager and are available to answer any and all questions. Samara is a small beach town without the big resort developments. Our condo is on the quiet end of the beach, a 10 minute walk into town via road or beach. We have a grocery store around the corner, the Iguana Verde that carries practically anything you may need. There is a bakery next door that has amazing freshly baked baguettes daily. Horses roam freely in the afternoons and evenings, howler monkeys are across the street in the trees and make a lot of noise if cars pass. Iguanas and squirrels frequent our back pasture. Many birds and butterflies abound as well. You do not need a car in Samara. There are many bike rental shops in the neighborhood. Buses run regularly to Nicoya and Carrillio beach. If you rent a car, we have covered, secured parking within the complex. You will be given a gate access remote and a gate key to come and go as you please.
