There is a water filter and good internet, we have everything! The space Ocean view, back porch. TVs in both bedrooms (HDMI connections for portable devices). We do not have cable. Guest access Entire condo, use of the common area, pool, rancho, bbq, clothes line, washer and dryer. Only 16 units in the complex. Completely gated and secured 24/7. Other things to note If you rent a car, we have covered, secured parking within the complex. You will be given a gate access remote and a gate key to come and go as you please.
