Within walking distance, you can cool off in Lake Martinez, fish for trout for your meal, or simply relax to the rhythm of the waves on a paddle board. Take advantage of complimentary kayaks to discover the surrounding nature. The space Heated exclusively by wood-burning stove and lit by solar energy, this dome is designed to accommodate you from mid-April to mid-January. With a diameter of 23', it allows 4 people to stay comfortably. There is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person who would sleep on the catamaran net located above the queen size bed. In addition to the stunning view of the water offered by the large dome windows, you will find several amenities that will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable experience: - Kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, mini fridge, BBQ, dishes, pots, coffee maker, drinking water provided via 4 18L bottles - Dining table with direct view of nature through the huge window. - 1 Queen bed in front of the large window, 2 single bunk beds and a catamaran net overlooking the Queen bed. Bedding is provided for the beds. Please provide bedding and pillow in the event that a 5th person sleeps on the net. - Indoor and outdoor fire space. Wood for the indoor slow burning stove is provided. You must bring wood for the outdoor fire or buy it on site. - Indoor hanging chair to relax while enjoying the gentle warmth of the fire. - Large covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors in good or bad weather, outdoor table, hammocks, Adirondack chairs. - Private outdoor eco-friendly toilet within 10 feet of the dome. Small portable toilet available inside the dome upon request ($10 + taxes). Spacious showers and classic toilets are located in our sanitary block within a 10-minute walk. Located on a 25-acre estate with 8 accommodations and a toilet block, you can swim in the clear water of Lac Martinez (5-minute walk), float on a paddle board to the rhythm of the waves or explore the turtle lake by kayak. The boats are shared and offered free of charge to our customers. In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, the dome is accessible by foot only. It is located less than 10 minutes from the sanitary block where you can borrow luggage trolleys as needed. For a small fee ($15 + taxes), we also offer a shuttle service to transport your luggage until 7:30 p.m. upon arrival and between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. upon departure. ****It is recommended to travel light or use the shuttle service to get to the top as there will be two slopes to cross.
