This home features 6 bedrooms thoughtfully designed for both comfort and flexibility. You’ll find 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, each room offering a quiet retreat for a peaceful night’s sleep. For larger groups or families, the home also includes 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who prefers their own space. Every bedroom was arranged with comfort in mind, making it easy to settle in, spread out, and feel right at home. Rural Living – What to Know Cedar Sunrise sits in a serene rural setting, offering the charm and quiet you expect from lake life. The home operates on a private well for water and a septic system for waste, both very common in countryside communities. The well provides fresh, filtered water straight from underground, and the septic system works smoothly with simple care by flushing only toilet paper. These systems help maintain the natural beauty of the area and support the peaceful environment that makes this home special. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including cookware, utensils, both K-Cup coffee maker, and standard coffee maker . The dining area blends seamlessly with the kitchen, creating a comfortable space for mealtime gatherings. To help you settle in, we provide a small kitchen starter set, a few basics like trash bags, a sponge, a kitchen towel, and a roll of paper towels. These are meant to get you off to a good start rather than stock the home for your entire stay. Guests often bring along or pick up additional items based on their plans, ensuring they have everything needed for meals and comfort throughout their visit. Living Rooms The main living room welcomes you with warm natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an amazing waterfront view—a breathtaking backdrop for mornings with coffee or cozy evenings with family. Bathrooms & Laundry Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to help you begin your stay comfortably. You’ll find hand soap, makeup wipes, travel-size shampoo and soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Fresh bed linens and one bath towel per guest are also provided. A washer and dryer are available for your use, simply bring your preferred detergent. We kindly remind guests that these items are provided as a starter kit to get you settled in, not a fully stocked supply for the duration of your stay. Think of it as a warm welcome to get you through your first day or two, after that, you can customize your stay with whatever additional items you prefer. Parking The home offers a paved driveway with plenty of space for parking, along with an additional spot located at the front of the property. Please note: the road in front of the house leads directly to the community common area, and vehicles cannot block this access point under any circumstances. Outdoor Space Step outside onto the large rear deck and enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. A cozy fire pit offers the perfect spot for evening conversations, roasting marshmallows, or unwinding under the stars after a day on the lake. Guests also have access to the private dock, which is available for lounging by the water or docking a boat during your stay.
