Only 2.4 miles (5 minute drive) to the University of Bath. Less than a mile to the Kennet and Avon Canal. The house is split over 3 floors. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which leads onto the balcony. The first floor has the master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom. The lower ground floor is a second living room with a double sofa bed.
