The space Salinas Beach House Nº3 is designed to provide comfort, freshness and functionality to families, couples or groups looking to rest near the sea (located 80 meters from the beach). The house has two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. In each room you'll find: A double bed ideal for deep rest Four single bunk beds, perfect for children or large groups In addition, you will enjoy a large private pool, surrounded by wooden beach chairs for sunbathing or relaxing outdoors. Next to the pool you will also find outdoor showers, ideal after a day at the beach. The house includes: A fully equipped and spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals Large dining room, perfect for sharing as a group TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the house and an excellent connection for those who need to stay connected To rest and enjoy the environment: A large hammock and a hammock swing ideal for napping or reading 1.5 bathrooms conveniently distributed to facilitate group stays Recommendations for your stay: We suggest bringing body towels, sunscreen, repellent, toilet paper, and pure water for your comfort. In addition, we ask that you enter the exact number of guests and pets into the system, as only the number of guests and pets selected is allowed to enter, and if someone else joins at the last minute, please add them. Other things to note Please consider that if your reservation is made on the same day of your arrival and after 3:00 pm (or close to this time), we will proceed to fill the pool at the time you confirm your stay with us. The filling process lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. In the meantime, you will be able to access the facilities and settle in with total confidence to enjoy your stay. Important information for your stay: For your convenience, upon arrival the accommodation will have: 🧻 1 roll of toilet paper as a welcome courtesy (not unlimited). 💧 Ecofilter purified water, safe and reliable for human consumption. 🏖️ Towels available upon request: we recommend bringing your own, but if for some reason you don't bring them, you can request them and we will gladly provide them. We recommend our guests, if they prefer: Bring extra toilet paper, depending on your consumption. Bring your own bottled or spring water, if you do not prefer the purified water. Bring your own towels, especially for the beach or pool. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent, as it is a coastal area. Our goal is to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
