Laundry is available in the unit and we provide a number of consumable items to help make your stay more convenient. During your stay you'll find cleaning products, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and some beach basics like umbrella and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up every meal of the day. If it's a rainy day, you can stay inside and watch TV or a movie from any of your favorite streaming services, or maybe get some work done on our high speed WiFi. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire space, including use of the laundry room. There is a community pool which you'll be given an access code for and 2 reserved parking spaces you'll be given passes for. The building also offers an outdoor shower/foot wash on the south side that you'll be free to use to rinse the sand off on the way back from the beach. We utilize a smart lock to control access to the unit and you'll be provided a custom code and instructions for self entry. Don't worry, we've provided rules, instructions, and helpful information in a binder inside the unit for you to review in case you forget anything. Other things to note * There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted in the unit or on the balcony or walkways. * Renters are not allowed to bring pets per the condo association bylaws. * Nothing can be hung over the balcony railings, we provide a drying rack for towels and bathing suits, but the laundry room is also available if needed. * No groups under the age of 25 years old.
