House in the countryside

The first floor can accommodate 4 people. A large bed is located in the bedroom, including TV and a bunk bed in a separate room incl. dining table. Upstairs is a large bed, as well as 3 single beds and can accommodate 5 people. In a separate room, there is a large, very well-equipped kitchen, including dining table. The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a washing machine. As a welcome, you will receive a few fresh eggs from our own hens. The space The house is situated in a quiet location at the rear of our property. There is a small, covered seating area outside in the garden under a tree. Smoking of all kinds is only permitted in outdoor areas. Pets possible on request. Other things to note We have a small farm with sheep, goats, chickens and running ducks, and there are 2 dogs, but they are not allowed to roam freely on the property. If you're lucky, the rooster will crow in the morning, and in return you'll get a few fresh eggs, if available, as a small welcome gift. There is a bakery right in the village, about 800 meters from the property. Our accommodation is ideally suited for a break and simply to switch off, as well as for a family vacation, for hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, etc. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Right by the vacation home, nature invites you to go for walks and bike rides. On the well-developed network of bike paths nearby, you can reach, for example, the Königsbrücker Heide, the "Grünewalder Lauch" and the "Senftenberger See" on safe paths away from the main roads. The city of Dresden and the Lausitzring (Eurospeedway) are only about 30 minutes away by car, the Spreewald about 45 minutes, Saxon Switzerland about 1 hour by car, and Berlin can be reached in about 1.5 hours via the A13 highway. Whether nature or city, everything is possible, or you can simply enjoy the tranquility in the middle of a small farm and make yourself comfortable with us. The hot tub can be used during your stay for €20 per water filling (usually sufficient for 2 uses, as it is without chlorine). The sauna can be used for €20 (setup and electricity) + €10/person for at least 4 hours. E-bikes can be charged for €1/day. You will find the following in the surrounding area: Böhla - a bakery right here in the village (closed on Mondays), village pond and pond landscape outside of Böhla Linz - bowling alley, restaurant Ortrand - a variety of shopping options, restaurants, train station, outdoor swimming pool Thiendorf - restaurants, McDonald's, Burger King Lauchhammer - modern indoor leisure pool with a new large sauna area, a variety of shopping options, restaurants Schwarzheide – cinema, large disco, a variety of shopping options, restaurants, train station Moritzburg – Moritzburg Castle, Moritzburg Pheasant Lodge, Moritzburg Game Reserve Dresden – Elbepark (shopping center on the A4), historic old town, various restaurants, museums, castles, theaters, the Semperoper, zoo and much more.
