Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars The space The house features an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen experience with cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishwasher, fridge, oven, and cooktop, and stone benchtop. The master bedroom includes a new ensuite, queen bed, bedside tables, and walk in robe. A porta-cot and high chair are available for tiny but precious guests. Bedroom 2 also includes a queen bed, while bedroom 3 boasts a bunk bed and double bed. The main bathroom has a stunning standalone bath. The main toilet is separate to the bathroom off the hallway. You can choose to BYO sheets and bathroom linen ( this means we pass on cheaper cleaning costs to you ) or you can hire for $15 per bed per stay. If using all 5 beds that would be additional $75 for a full set up including bathroom for 8 guests for your stay, less cost for less beds/guests. We provide as standard Doona's with covers, pillows with protectors & tea towels for the kitchen.
