This is a duplex appartment. On the ground floor there is a corridor, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace and stairs to the upper floor, which consists of a large elongated well lit room with sloping roof. It contains a workplace, a single bed with wardrobe and, after a room divider, a double bed and a large sideboard. The appartment is very generously laid out. Outside there is a seating area where you can also have a barbecue. The environment is very quiet. At the beginning of the rental period, a visitor's tax is levied (see under "Total price, paid in the property"), which allows, among other things, free use of public transport up to Karlsruhe, Basel and Erzingen.
