The house is a wonderfully peaceful location, a perfect place to get away from it all, yet , if you wish to get out and about, the bustling centres of San Gimignano (15 km), Siena (27 km), Firenze (55 km) are within easy reach. Casa Panoramica is surrounded by a large garden of olive trees, completely fenced, ideal for those traveling with four-legged friends. The garden is also equipped with a cozy 5 x 7 m terrace. private pool, available from April to October. Internally the house is attractively furnished with a practical kitchen opening onto the dining room with direct access onto a large furnished terrace,spacious and airy living room accessible both from the dining room and from the two window doors onto the garden), two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room.
