NR-STR #2025-028 The space This 1,750 sq. ft. property has been completely renovated with no shortage of high-end finishes, luxurious design and luscious furnishings. The building was built in 1900 and it is one of the iconic buildings in the history of Drumheller. It was previously used as a bank, and some characters were kept in order to create that unique vibe. The Loft is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Drumheller, and just a short walk to the Big Dinosaur, Splash Park, Red Deer River, and the Aquaplex with outdoor pool. Unit is located on the second floor, and accessible only by stairs. Upon entering the property you will be impressed by the open concept living that will provide plenty of space for you and your loved ones to entertain. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, and integrated fridge and dishwasher for a clean and modern look. The dining space will cater from your most refined dinner setting to your everyday luxury living. A modern coffee station and beverage center will ensure that your drinks stay fresh and cold throughout your stay. You can cozy up by the mist fireplace in the spacious living room and have a one of a kind movie experience on a 75-inch TV and high-quality sound system. The 2 spa-like washrooms and the 3 large bedrooms are conveniently located on the quiet quarters of this property. One bedroom features double sized bunk beds that will excite all the kids. This property has two main large bedrooms with queen sized beds, electric fireplaces and 50-inch TVs. These bedrooms provide a lush, cozy and luxurious vibe as well as a perfect view to the town's Christmas tree in the winter and Canada Day parade in the summer. The large washroom features double vanity with a walk in spa-like tub and rain shower combo that will provide tranquility and relaxation throughout your stay. The same aesthetic are carried through the smaller washroom as well. The private deck with beautiful views will bring the guests together around the firepit. Guest access The first level of the building features Lois + Ani Bubble Tea Shop and Boutique. For convenience, the guest may access the first floor during business hours if they wish to purchase refreshments, snacks, specialty bubble teas and coffee or to pick up a few local gifts to bring home. The second floor of the building features The Loft with separate entrance and soundproofed walls that divides the 2 levels. Please note this property is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Guests’ satisfaction is our top priority and commitment! Therefore, we may include in your stay (for an additional fee) a private special dinner with our inhouse caterer: 1. A private catered dinner which includes a starter, a main dish with 2 sides, and the desert of the day. At the time of booking our guests will be able to choose their dinner from the options provided by our professional caterer. OR 2. A Mexican fiesta dinner event with an impressive taco bar just for you. This is perfect for friend’s gatherings, bachelorette parties, or for a girl’s weekend getaway. OR 3. An ‘al fresco’ Italian dinner event where you will experience a fresh pasta making session in your private space. This type of dinner is perfect for your Christmas or Thanksgiving gatherings, birthday celebrations, or a romantic getaway. OR 4. A pizza-vaganza themed dinner event for all the pizza lovers. Our private caterer will bring the freshly made dough and all the toppings you need to create a perfect pizza. This dinner makes a perfect activity for families with kids of all ages. OR 5. A seasonal charcuterie work shop just for your private group. ‘Tis the season, whether is Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day or any other day, we have a charcuterie board for it. During this workshop you will learn the secrets of preparing the most amazing charcuterie boards, which you will get to enjoy with your group. This workshop creates the perfect setting for a ladies getaway or a fun activity during your stay. The above dinner options will be provided for a maximum of 8 people (including children). Dinner can be customized for a larger group for an additional cost. Please note that drinks are not included with the dinner, but you are welcome to bring your favorite drinks to pair with your dinner.
