The stone house is located 200 m from a long sandy beach at Pointe de la Torche. It sits right in the middle of the dunes and access to the beach is via the dunes. A wild, unspoilt site, with a long sandy beach, footpaths and mountain bike trails. A calm environment, lulled by the sound of the waves. The Torche site is world-famous for its surfing. Many surfers, kite surfers, paddle surfers and windsurfers can be found here. In the surrounding area; the ports of Guilvinec and Loctudy, Pont Aven, the city of painters, Quimper and its cathedral; the Glénan islands; the Pointe du Raz, boat trips on the Odet and Glénan, Locronan, a beautiful village full of character; further afield the Océanopolis in Brest.
