The yard provides direct access to the forest, where you can take lovely walks. There are several beautiful hiking trails nearby, such as the Westerwaldsteig and the Wiedweg. Dogs are welcome here. The first floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and a bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The house is heated with infrared heating. Ground Floor The living room of our vacation home features a cozy sitting area and a beautiful wood-burning stove, which can be used to provide additional heat to the living room. The dining room features a dining table with four chairs and a bench. In the cabinet, you’ll find various games so you can entertain yourselves even on days when the weather isn’t so good. There is a TV with Google Chromecast. The small but cozy kitchen is fully equipped, including a four-burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and Japanese grill plate. Of course, there are pans, plates, and silverware for six people, as well as bowls, glasses, and more. On the first floor, there’s also a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine. There’s also a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and bucket in case of a spill. Upper Floor On the upper floor of our vacation home, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The entire upper floor is equipped with insect screens, as is the bedroom downstairs, so you won’t be bothered by insects, especially during the summer months. All bedrooms have a closet for storing clothes. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. The yard surrounding the house is completely fenced in, so dogs can run around freely. There is also a patio adjacent to the living room. Patio furniture and a grill are available. We provide the bed linens. We also provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person, so you’ll need to pack less. Dogs are welcome. We expect you to ensure that the dogs do not damage anything. You will, of course, be responsible for replacing any damage. If your dog(s) do their business on the property, we expect you, as a responsible dog owner, to clean it up. The same applies if something unexpected happens indoors. Last but not least, the living room offers a beautiful view of the Westerwald. On-site costs: Upon booking, 100% of the cost will be transferred directly to the specified account number. Cancellations made in writing up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, only 10% of the cost will be refunded to the customer. Check-in is available daily from 4:00 p.m. Check-out is daily by 11:00 a.m. Very late check-in or very early check-out is possible by arrangement. We will be on site in person to hand over the keys. Dogs are allowed. The fee is €2.50 per dog per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Additional dogs by arrangement. Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
