Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). There is a Workout Center and outdoor grills for your convenience. Free WiFi and Free wireless internet! We provide your first few days of supplies such as; laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome! Pack your bags and come to Arizona! Be one of our first guests! In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
