The place was built in 1923. Recently remodelled. it has 5 exterior doors. The main Entrance Door has a schlage electric lock and a Ring doorbell. One door is locked with a double sided deadbolt (in the twin beds bedroom )for safety so kids can't open the door. 3 other doors are only for exits if needed. There is a shared driveway with other neighbors above and behind the building so be sure to not block the driveway for any period of time. It's important to note that this is a non-smoking rental, and smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the unit and within the building premises.
