Completely renovated A-frame cottage has the feel of lake life but with modern flair. Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Pet friendly and close to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon. The space Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed, Bedroom #2 - Full Bed, Living Room - fold out futon sofa, 1 full bath with walk-in shower. 3 kayaks are included, please bring personal lifejackets. We have some available but sizing is limited. Pet friendly, $75 pet fee per stay. We DO Not allow smoking, vaping of any kind including medical marijuana inside cottage . Guest access Access to neighborhood boat ramp and water. Other things to note Outdoor dining on the deck and propane fire pit seating on the patio.
