You’ll find three bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a balcony. There are also two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Extertal Bösingfeld is centrally located between the Weserbergland on one side and the Teutoburg Forest on the other. The vacation rental is centrally located in a quiet residential area near the forest. The nearby playground is about 300 m away on a quiet side street. Free parking is available along the street, and there is a parking spot for cars on our property. Shopping options: Aldi, Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Rossmann, two bakeries, and a butcher shop are all just a few minutes away by bike or car. In case of an emergency, there are also two doctors’ offices and two pharmacies nearby. During the summer months, our outdoor pool—fed by spring water—is open. It’s just a few minutes away by bike or car. Numerous beautiful hiking trails are easily accessible from our location and invite you to take walks or hikes in beautiful natural surroundings. Many popular destinations are also easily accessible from here. These include Hamelin, the “Pied Piper” town, as well as Lemgo and Rinteln with their beautiful old towns. Detmold, with the Hermann Monument, open-air museum, eagle sanctuary, and theater, is well worth a visit. The Extersteine near Horn Bad Meinberg, or Bad Pyrmont with its beautiful spa gardens and hiking trails. The Schieder Reservoir, with its unique recreational opportunities, is very popular with our kids. You’ll also find pedal boats and a sightseeing boat here. For our more active guests, there’s the handcar in Rinteln, soccer golf in Detmold, and the climbing park near the Herrmann Monument. You can also explore our beautiful countryside by bike. Guest Access The entire vacation rental is at your exclusive disposal. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible through a shared front door. Both apartments have separate entrances within the building. The vacation rental is accessible via a staircase. You also have access to the trash cans in the garage. Additional important information During the winter months from October through April, we charge an additional fee for heating costs of 20 cents per kWh. Unfortunately, we have no other way to fairly calculate the heating costs. The meter reading will be recorded and billed upon arrival and departure.
