You find CoZy House San Gimignano in the very heart of the Town of the Towers. A recently refurbished apartment equipped with modern amenities (WiFi, smart TV, A/C), set in a beautifully renovated ancient building still retaining many of the original features which date back to the Middle Ages. The entrance door, the stone steps, the arches, and the beamed ceiling tell the story of this ancient building. A truly charming nest, just perfect for a couple or a small family group. Garage included. The space Two flights of stairs easy to climb lead to the recently renovated apartment. The entrance door opens into a bright and airy open-plan living room with a dining area and a sitting area connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen area, a lovely space to cook in. The large windows, the high ceilings, and the light colors make the place relaxing and cozy. There really is a lovely feeling of space and light everywhere in the house. The local materials - terracotta and wrought iron - as well as the works of artists and craftsmen living in San Gimignano are there to tell you the story of this timeless place. Ancient and modern features live here in perfect harmony. Every detail has been carefully thought out with love to make you feel at home. At night the living room can be easily converted into a sleeping area: the couch turns into a pull-out double bed, and a foldaway bed is there to accommodate one more guest (this bed simply folds out of the wall when needed and hides away so nicely, you can’t tell it’s there). The master bedroom is very quiet for a good night sleep. From the window you have a lovely view of the towers! A full brand new bathroom is three steps up: it is small but very functional, with a shower and shelving for toiletries. Last but not least, a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal at the mezzanine floor, just below the apartment. Guest access You will have access to the entire private apartment and to the garage located at Parking Bagnaia P4. Other things to note For the well-being of our guests we supply certified organic cotton bath towels and organic olive oil soap and shower gel.
