It is conveniently located and is in close proximity to Memphis, the airport, and several shopping areas and restaurants. This home is perfect for business travelers, couples, or small families. We do ask that guests refrain from making excessive noise, and we do not allow gatherings or parties because this is a quiet neighborhood. The house has enough parking for two vehicles, and the parking spaces are right by the front door. Guests can eat in the breakfast area or on the covered patio on nice days. We live about ten minutes away and will be available to answer any of your questions. The house is close to the Tanger Outlet Mall, BankPlus amphitheater, and the Greenbrook softball fields. It also is about 15 minutes away from Graceland and about 25 minutes away from downtown Memphis. Public transportation isn't available in the area, but Uber and Lyft both are available. This home is located near the airport, so airplanes do fly over the house pretty regularly. This may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
