Cottage with shared pool

A haven of freshness and greenery for nature lovers! We welcome you to our 200 m2 country house with large shared pool. Land of 2 hectares, by the river, and exceptional setting. Proximity to many tourist sites (Lac du Salagou; St Guilhem the desert, Gorges de l 'Hérault, Cirque de Navacelle etc...). Quiet guaranteed!! Family house, old but well equipped. Honesty and respect will guarantee a shared pleasure! The space The accommodation can accommodate 12 to 14 people. It extends over 2 floors with 6 bedrooms (including 2 through). On the 1st: - one bedroom with 140 bed, private bathroom with shower and attached child's room (1 bed 110 + 1 bed 90) - one bedroom with queen bed; bathroom with separate shower and toilet on the same landing On the 2nd: - a 140 bed room with sink, small balcony and attached child's room (2 beds 90). On the ground floor: Small bedroom (overlooking the terrace) with 140 cm bed As an extra bed: - on the mezzanine in the living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed as an extra bed The children's rooms are on a slope. They can accommodate adults but do not have independent access. The house has an extra bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, a total of 3 bathrooms in total and 3 separate toilets. You can enjoy a large cathedral living room with mezzanine and TV area, a small adjoining reading room and a dining room with a large farmhouse table for 10 to 12 people (the 3 rooms overlooking the large covered terrace) as well as a large kitchen with a table for 8 people. The cottage is built on a plot of 2 hectares where our house with independent entrance and garden is also located. You will share the pool with our little family! Guest access Free parking within 100 m. Access to the entrance door through a cul-de-sac where it is possible to park while loading and unloading cars. Other homes lead into this alley. Mutual respect and sympathy are required, towards our lovely neighbors as well! Other things to note The cottage is built on 2 hectares, where our house is also located, as well as a small rental dwelling. The pool is shared! With respect for other locals, you can enjoy the entire grounds of the property to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature, chickens and horses when there are any!
