Our condo is located at Gaviotas Racquet Club in Mazatlan. You'll have everything you need within walking distance. Walk two blocks for Mazatlan’s famous beaches, Golden Zone shopping, oceanside restaurants. Inside the community you'll find clay tennis courts (reservations are suggested) palapa with bar and swimming pool. Situated on Ibis street the apartment is away from the noise of Mazatlan's night life but within walking distance to shopping, beaches, Oceanside restaurants Located on the top floor (4th floor) which makes for lovely ocean breezes in the afternoon and beautiful city views. A private patio off the kitchen is perfect for private sunbathing or evening dining and morning coffee. There is a larger deck off the entryway that has views of Mazatlan's neighborhoods and spectacular cathedrals. Also, deer and bird Island can be seen from here.
