Welcome to the American Dream! Our home is set in a picturesque suburban neighborhood of the nation's capital. On our first floor (2000 square feet), we have a spacious suite with two beds, two bathrooms, a private access, and a full complement of amenities just for you! we can have 4 quests in total! Our 1.6-acre yard is perfect for anything from a peaceful lounge to a pickup soccer game. If you have a family, or a group of friends, welcome! The space The whole first floor has 2500 square feet. There are two rooms (In one suite with two beds) , two bathrooms, a kitchen/bar, a dining room, a laundry room and a table tennis room, besides your room, you can use lots of free spaces. You can also enjoy our huge back yard and beautiful garden around your rooms. 客人会独立拥有楼下整个一层,约200平米。每一个客人的房间都能欣赏到我美丽的花园。 Guest access I will greet you at the driveway and lead you to your floor. More details will be given during the house tour. You will have your own set of keys and private access. You will also have a couple of personal parking spots on the most right of the driveway. Other things to note Only me and my husband (on our sixties) live upstairs. No small or adult children. But we have a cat named Benji. We will keep him out of your floor if you are not a cat person. He always follows me in the garden that’s why you can see him outside. My street is wide and only the resident's cars running around. It’s quiet and safe to have your morning run or evening walk.
