Greenways Golf Beach C3 Strand, 80 m from sea is a self-catering apartment located in the Greenways Country Estate, situated in Strand, close to Cape Town, 80 m from sea. The security estate features a 9 fairway, 18-hole par 3 golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, and a braai area. This fully furnished unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Unit can accommodate max 4 people. The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals, as well as a washing machine to do laundry. The open-plan lounge has a comfortable sofa to relax on. The house is located within close proximity to the beach. The estate is a drive from 7 historical wine estates, Gordon’s Bay Harbour, shopping malls, and other facilities in the area. Upon final payment the procedure to get key will be communicated. There's a cleaning lady that is available if cleaning is required during your stay for your own account- please contact me for arrangements/contact details after final payment. Code for swimming pool gate is 2530# On date of arrival, please proceed to Greenways Office at the Golf clubhouse to pay a fee/car – for facial recognition and to ensure that you can enter estate. This fee R350 needs to be paid at the Clubhouse during working hours and on Fridays before 14:00. If after 14:00 on a Friday or weekends, then do on the Monday. It is a fee per person that want to register for facial recognition. In most cases only the main driver registers for their facial recognition, but if people will be entering separately, they each must do the facial recognition. Do not use build-in braai at Unit. All the flats have a flaw that smoke enters top flats. The chimney also has been closed. Please use the braais at the swimming pool. There are open and under cover braais. Please ensure that patio at Unit is kept clear of "stuff", like clothing, towels to dry etc that can influence the view from other units. I had some issues in past, and then Trustees send me official warning letter with fine to follow if not rectified. If fine is issued, I will unfortunately claim from you. Clothes and towels must also not be put on patio. There is drying lines at the garages. Minimum 9 nights must be booked.
