PinkHouse, a shady old lady near Rideout Hospital

This shady three-plex, a block from Rideout Hospital was once Grandma's home. So, it's an old home with some old charm. The decor for unit #2 is modern and colorful with a lovely kitchen highlighted by a large window next to the breakfast table. Two big windows brighten the living room with it's comfy chairs and desk. The bedroom is beautiful with a makeup/hair station (many outlets and a three-fold mirror). Recharging phones is easy at multiple locations. Fun artwork throughout the home. The space * Cleaning and Covid: Due to Covid 19, we take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. In addition, all bedding (including the mattress cover) is washed; all dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are washed and we follow the Airbnb room-by-room cleaning checklists. Our cleaning routines take six plus hours to ensure PinkHouse is spotless and safe for you. If you desire to clean up during your stay, various cleaning supplies are provided for you. * PinkHouse has a ROKU TV for guests to use with their own streaming apps. * Parking: Street parking is available outside the unit. However, frequent patients for the next-door cardiac medical office and the auto repair center can make day-time parking a temporary challenge. * Access: Smartcode lock and instructions will be sent prior to your stay. * PinkHouse has AT&T WiFi * The entry light switch is awkwardly behind the door! A timer turns on an uplight at dusk and will provide light for an evening entry. * Unit #1 is vacant and used for storage, so this makes your unit more quiet. Other things to note Guests have free access to a washer/dryer stack unit located in the Wash House, a separate building in the back of the property. Please bring your favorite HE laundry detergent.
