The home sits in a neat and quiet neighborhood of single family homes much the same style as the Weller house. The area is perfect for walks or bike rides along the beautiful tree lined streets of the Rountree neighborhood (one of Springfield's most pleasant and popular residential living areas) or take a walk along historic Walnut Street. Enjoy the shops, markets, grocery stores, local restaurants, spa, and bakery within a 3 minute walk. The house is fully equipped for extended stay housekeeping.
