This cozy & private studio is located near the West-Wetlands park & just minutes to E I-8 hwy. Full appliances kitchen. W&D shared with guests staying at the studio. Parking inside property. This is a residential neighborhood dated back to the 1900s & it is close to Old Yuma Downtown, Historic Yuma Prison, Colorado river you would enjoy a walk, bike ride or fishing with the proper licensing. 3 miles to YRMC hospital. 14 min. To MCAS Great for short, mid or long term stays. The space WELCOME TO SUNNY YUMA ARIZONA!!! The studio has its own secured keypad entrance through a shared courtyard. The neighborhood seems a bit rough but that’s it just looks. The studio is by the old historic railroad, but it has been closed,so there is not train traffic at all. A few yards to the Colorado rivers and the West wetlands park. Unit has Central AC/ Heating & and ductless system in the bedroom. BEDROOM: King size bed. Recliner chair. Huge Walk-in closet. Ironing board and iron. HD Smart Roku tv. BATHROOM ~Private Bathroom (shower and tub combo) ~Essential toiletries ( Shampoo& soap), hair dryer. KITCHEN: ~ Electric stove, Full size fridge, Microwave. Keurig coffee maker,toaster, pots & pans, silverware, dishes etc. FRONT ROOM: The front room is a cozy room with a couch. Desk for your work. WI-FI ready PETS.. When traveling with pets... Max of 1 under 50 lbs. (please contact me if you have questions) Please NO CATS. Pets need to be approved BEFORE booking. Pet fees applies. You can enjoy the evenings outside seating by the patio or you can easily go for a walk by the park. At the park you can enjoy seeing all kind of Ducks,geese and other birds. You will find some of the locals fishing at the park's pond. Guest access Guest can park right in front of the apartment inside the property. Parking is limited to 1 car per booking, inside the property. Visitors can park on the street. Please respect other guests parking. Laundry room is shared with guests from the other studio. Do not leave your laundry unattended. Other things to note 🌿 Additional Information 🏡 This is a residential neighborhood, and while it’s close to the old railroad, the tracks are no longer in use, so there’s no train traffic or noise. 💧 We flood irrigate the lawn on weekend mornings, so please park on your designated concrete spot during that time. 🗑️ Guests are kindly asked to take the trash and recycling cans to the street on pickup days. 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. If you smoke, please do so outside and away from doors or windows, and clean up afterward. 🗺️ We encourage guests to take a quick tour upon arrival to get familiar with the space. 📘 You’ll also find a binder with lots of helpful info to make your stay even more enjoyable. ✅ Families with small children are very welcome, but please note this home is not childproofed.
