This charming 40 m² space is tastefully decorated and ideally located near the main attractions, shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants offering a variety of culinary options. Relax in the living room, which features comfortable twin beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area features several windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight that illuminates the space, making it even more inviting. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for cooking delicious meals, such as an electric hob and a coffee machine. The bathroom has everything you need for your convenience, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3 p.m.). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for utilities that will be applied with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing detergent and garbage bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra Linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Daily cleaning available.
