The space PHYSICAL SPACE: Villamar is a comfortable house that includes 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites and 2 reversible bedrooms. Two en-suites with queen-size bed + single bed, two en-suites with king-size bed and two reversible rooms with queen-size bed + single bed. Large kitchen, fully equipped with island, cooktop, gas oven, electric oven, 2 duplex refrigerators, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, water cooler, 3-heart coffee maker and all utensils to make your dining experiences more incredible. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and balcony, has a TV, 2 sofas and a rocking chair. A real invitation for a good conversation or to watch a good movie. Our leisure area is charming. We have a gourmet space with a barbecue, cooktop, minibar, dining table with 10 seats, a comfortable sofa and a sink. In the garden, we have a shower and a beautiful and large swimming pool with a beach area. The ground floor has 2 en-suites overlooking the pool. The upper floor has 2 en-suites with ocean views and 2 bedrooms with pool views. A charming staircase braided with sisal rope leads to this floor. COMFORT: The 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites and 2 reversible, have a balcony, split air-conditioning, box beds (queen size bed + single and king size bed) with pocket spring mattresses and pillows and cushions in silicone fiber, all with anti-mite protectors. We have 43" Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), pay-TV channels and fiber optic Wi-Fi in all en-suites, gourmet area and swimming pool. Our linen line is of a high standard (100% cotton 400 threads), giant hotel-line towels, solar heating in all showers. All rooms have high ceilings, providing spaciousness and a pleasant thermal sensation. All rooms are well lit and ventilated. In the garden, we have a shower that invites you to a refreshing shower on hot days or simply to take the salt off after a sea bath. We have a storeroom where we keep beach chairs and umbrellas for our guests. GASTRONOMY: Villamar is located in the heart of Patacho beach, among the most famous and renowned restaurants and inns in the region, where the cuisine is diverse and wonderful. In addition, we offer the service of a cook to be hired if you are interested. Guest access We make the number of suites available according to the number of guests during the stay. Unoccupied suites and rooms will be closed and cannot be rented by another group during the same period. This ensures privacy and exclusivity for our guests.
