Hubbard Lake Connect (HLC) was formerly a beautiful stone church built in 1931 with an addition added on in 1984.  In 2021, two sisters & an amazing team of family, friends & licensed contractors renovated most of its 4,526 sq. ft. space from top to bottom! There’s always “another project”, but we are certain you will love this nautical themed rental! Hubbard Lake, the 13th largest inland lake in MI, is just 1 mile away! Parks, water & beach access, golfing, skiing, hiking, fishing & more! The space Hubbard Lake Connect (HLC) sleeps 15 (+). There are 4 bedrooms: YELLOW, BLUE, LIGHT BLUE & RED. YELLOW: 2 twin beds or 1 king bed BLUE: 7 twin beds (specialty bund room with stairs, railing, personal light & cubby with outlet for any electrical needs such as charging phone, c-pap machine, heat pad, etc. LIGHT BLUE: 3 twin beds or 1 king bed with 1 twin bed RED: 3 twin beds or 1 king bed with 1 twin bed 2 large bathrooms A commercial kitchen, bar, dining hall and retreat area (great room) with 86" flat screen tv with Roku. two microphones for singing karaoke. Play some indoor corn hole (or take outside), board games, cards, air hockey, foosball, beer pong table, pool table/ping-pong table, and more! HLC is very spacious at 4,526 sq. ft. of space. Guest access When renting Hubbard Lake Connect (“HLC”), you will have full access to the 4 bedrooms (depending on how many guests in your reservation this may vary), the dining hall, retreat room, 2 bathrooms, commercial kitchen, and outside gathering area with firepit, chairs and picnic table. Other things to note In three (3) of the four (4) bedrooms, guests have the option to request beds be set up as twin beds or king beds.
