The back covered porch overlooks the pool and does have a safety gate to protect the little ones from the steps and the pool. Relax and enjoy. The Kitchen with an ocean view makes cooking & clean up easy. it is fully stocked with everything you should need including a crock pot, blender, drip coffee pot, Keurig Kcup maker, toaster, plenty of dishes, glasses, flat wear, cooking tools, pots and pans etc., some basic spices. Kitchen towels. The Living Area is very open and spacious and family friendly. It actually has two 65” Smart TV’s (Great for the sports fans or gamers). Dining table seats 6 and the island 3 or 4. There is also a dining table on the front porch seating 6. Enjoy the view from inside or outside. You may even get a chance to view a rocket launch over the ocean from the front porch. And sometimes maybe a deer or two will show up. There is covered parking under the house.
