My space has air conditioning in all suites, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a gourmet terrace with barbecue, a large swimming pool and garden. We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. *We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us; **Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay; ***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled); ****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
